Job Summary

This role involves leading the 'AP Training, Sifa Course Development, and Cross-sectional Tasks' department at the DGUV Academy in Dresden. You will be responsible for personnel management, work organization, and budget planning while ensuring the health and safety of your staff. A significant portion of the role focuses on the conceptual and technical development of training programs for supervisors (AP) and occupational safety specialists (Sifa), including the digitalization of learning environments. You will initiate and lead interdisciplinary research and consulting projects, represent the organization in specialist committees, and provide expert advice to accident insurance institutions. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Experience

  • Several years of proven experience in personnel leadership and staff management
  • Professional experience as a certified supervisor (Aufsichtsperson) according to SGB VII §18 or as an occupational safety specialist according to ASiG §7
  • Experience in interdisciplinary project work and professional committee work
  • Professional experience in adult education is desirable
  • Experience in budget planning and cost responsibility
