Job Summary

This role involves the technical management and operation of the outdoor experimental field and indoor laboratories at the University of Bremen's Department of Communications Engineering. You will be responsible for implementing, testing, and conducting proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge technologies like 5G and 6G. Day-to-day tasks include leading practical implementation activities, supervising students and doctoral candidates, and supporting research projects funded by the DFG, EU, and ESA. You will also design and set up new laboratory experiments for student practicals.
