Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator in Erding, you will play a vital role in supporting a leading developer of hydraulic drive and control technologies. Your daily responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for technical inquiries via 1st-level support, managing user requests for Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook and Teams, and documenting processes within an internal ticketing system. You will also be responsible for mobile device management (MDM) and overseeing the entire backup process using Veeam. Beyond troubleshooting, you will actively participate in the installation and maintenance of IT hardware while collaborating closely with 2nd-level support experts.
