As a Customer Service Specialist based in Poing near Munich, you will play a vital role in the operational success of an international electrical engineering company. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing and prioritizing orders by collaborating closely with internal departments such as Customs, Legal, Logistics, Shipping, and IT. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining price master data for distributors and sales partners, and supporting cash flow and operating profit goals. Acting as a key interface between customers, the corporate headquarters, and sales subsidiaries, you will utilize ERP systems to generate operational reports and streamline communications. This position offers a structured onboarding program and flat hierarchies within a modern office environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial vocational training with relevant additional qualifications or a university degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in order prioritization and cross-departmental coordination
  • Background in maintaining price master data and operational reporting
