As an Onshore Sub-Project Manager, you will lead an interdisciplinary engineering team responsible for the planning and implementation of critical technical sub-segments, including auxiliary power supplies, building and automation technology, cabling, and cooling systems. Operating within HVDC or FACTS projects, you will oversee the entire technical execution to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. Your day-to-day involves prioritizing technical work packages, making key engineering decisions, and coordinating interfaces between various internal and external stakeholders. This role is highly impactful as it sits at the heart of the energy transition, requiring you to support claim, contract, and risk management while providing technical input for new bids.
