Job Summary

As a Digital Governance Specialist at Siemens Energy, you will operate at the intersection of German labor law and emerging European technology regulations. Your primary responsibility is to manage the 'double trigger' compliance process, ensuring that AI-enabled systems like M365 Copilot and SAP analytics adhere to both the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG § 87) and the EU AI Act. You will act as the central gateway between IT project teams and the Works Council, leading negotiations for works agreements and facilitating the Technology Committee process end-to-end. This role is unique in its focus on responsible AI deployment, requiring you to bridge the gap between HR, Legal, and IT to enable digital transformation at pace. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Law, Business Informatics, or Human Resources.

Experience

  • Professional experience in collaboration with German works councils regarding IT topics
  • Experience in negotiating works agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen) and facilitating committee sessions
  • Proven track record in managing co-determination workflows across HR, IT, and legal stakeholders
  • Experience with digital technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, or Teamcenter in a regulatory context
  • Experience in assessing AI features against regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act
