Job Summary

As an Engineering & Innovation Manager within the Gas Services Solutions division, you will lead the strategic evolution of the energy portfolio by driving modularization and standardization across the full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include facilitating multi-disciplinary workshops, benchmarking competitor offerings, and developing robust business cases for new innovations. You will act as a bridge between internal engineering teams and external partners to accelerate idea maturity from concept to scalable pilot projects. This role is highly impactful, focusing on decarbonization and the future of energy systems. It offers a unique opportunity to influence product strategy and portfolio management within a global organization. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Substantial professional experience in power plant engineering, solution innovation, or product strategy
  • Experience in managing the full EPC lifecycle of complex power plants or industrial projects
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across engineering, finance, and supply chain
  • Experience in modularization workshops and benchmarking competitor offerings
  • Experience in piloting new ideas and scaling innovations into standardized market offerings
