Job Summary
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between clients, consultants, and the development team, primarily focusing on 2nd level support. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical inquiries via a ticket system, communicating with customers through phone and conference software, and assessing the technical feasibility of client requests. You will be hands-on with system administration tasks, such as performing remote installations, managing updates, and creating or modifying XML configuration files. For those with the aptitude, the role may also involve generating reports using BIRT and monitoring hosting instances. This position is ideal for those who enjoy troubleshooting and technical configuration within Windows or Linux environments. Required Skills
Education
