Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Specialist in Berlin, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical issues, providing both 1st and 2nd level support. Your daily responsibilities include processing tickets via phone and email, performing remote support, and conducting on-site repairs and installations of hardware and software, including PCs and printers. You will be responsible for error analysis, documentation within the ticketing system, and coordinating with specialized 2nd and 3rd level teams. Beyond troubleshooting, you will manage WLAN scanners, Windows-based print servers in SAP environments, and telecommunications systems. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy a mix of technical hands-on work and customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification; ITIL v3 or v4 certification is desirable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support is preferred, though career changers with high IT affinity are considered
  • Experience with Windows Client and Server operating systems
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications systems
  • Experience in technical documentation of cabling and network environments
  • Experience with ticketing systems, ideally Helpline
  • Experience in Knowledge Management or Incident Management is desirable
