Job Summary

This role is based in the Municipal Personnel Service department of the KVBW in Karlsruhe. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of departmental reporting, including quarterly reports and contributions to the annual business report. Key duties involve securing revenue through accurate invoicing, developing and maintaining relevant performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring economic efficiency by identifying growth and optimization potential. Additionally, you will lead or participate in project groups and manage membership administration. Required Skills
