This role as a Policy and Legal Affairs Specialist, based in Karlsruhe, involves taking on a responsible function within the Legal and Quality team of the Supplementary Pension department at KVBW. Day-to-day work centers on high-level policy and fundamental case processing, focusing heavily on the practical application of supplementary pension law. Key tasks include clarifying fundamental legal issues, translating complex legislation and jurisprudence into actionable work instructions and guidelines, and managing demanding individual cases, complaints, and special payment constellations. The ideal candidate must possess a strong legal background, demonstrated understanding of administrative and procedural contexts, and the ability to articulate complex legal matters clearly and practically. Required qualifications include a degree in the higher non-technical administrative service or an equivalent legal/social insurance degree, or relevant administrative training plus an advanced specialist certification. Required Skills
