Job Summary
This role as an Organizational Development Specialist at the Kommunaler Versorgungsverband Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) in Karlsruhe focuses on optimizing organizational structure and processes within the public sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing organizational improvements, conducting personnel staffing procedures and organizational reviews across all departments, and leading strategic projects incorporating innovation and new technologies.
