In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing single-cell phenotyping assays, particularly in high-parameter spectral flow cytometry. Your day-to-day will involve processing clinical samples, operating advanced flow cytometry equipment like the BD FACSAria Fusion Cell Sorter and Cytek Aurora 5L Spectral Cytometer, and supporting scientists with cell sorting. This position requires a background as a Technical Assistant (BTA, CTA, MTA) or similar, with practical experience in fluorescence flow cytometry and familiarity with tissue processing and cell culture techniques. You'll contribute to inventory management and ensure precise documentation, working in a collaborative, research-focused academic environment dedicated to developing innovative immunotherapies and biomarkers.
