Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy and Medium Voltage Transformer Stations, you will play a pivotal role in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid. Your daily responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of project management, from initial offer preparation and budget control to the final customer acceptance. You will oversee the installation of intelligent transfer stations, including transformer units and telecontrol/protection technology. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, as you will be the primary point of contact for projects and responsible for optimizing workflows. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, Master Electrician (Meister), Electrical Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to distribution grids
  • Practical experience with low and medium voltage technical connection rules (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Proven track record in project management from offer creation to final acceptance
  • Experience in commercial project oversight and budget control
