Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid using intelligent transfer stations. As a Project Manager based in Bayreuth, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial bid preparation to final customer acceptance. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring project budgets, developing negotiation and supplementary offers, and serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of operational workflows and structures. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, State-Certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to distribution networks
  • Practical knowledge of technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in project lifecycle management including budgeting and customer acceptance
  • Proven background in technical and commercial project coordination
