Job Summary

This role involves leading the connection of renewable energy generation plants to the distribution grid using intelligent transfer stations. Operating out of Bayreuth, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial bid preparation and budget control to final customer acceptance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial project matters, ensuring that transformer stations, telecontrol, and protection technology are implemented according to strict standards. The position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and commercial responsibility. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Building and Energy Technology, Master Electrician, State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to distribution grids
  • Practical experience with low and medium voltage technical connection rules (VDE standards)
  • Experience in project lifecycle management including commercial and technical oversight
  • Proven track record in team-oriented project environments
