As a Project Manager at FBG Fränkische Baugesellschaft, you will play a pivotal role in Germany's energy transition by connecting renewable energy plants to the distribution grid. Your daily responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of intelligent transfer stations, encompassing transformer stations, telecontrol, and protection technology. You will oversee projects from the initial quotation phase through to final customer acceptance, maintaining strict control over budgets and schedules. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients while continuously optimizing internal workflows. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Buildings and Energy Systems, Master Electrician (Meister), State-certified Technician, or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in connecting energy generation plants to the distribution grid
  • Practical knowledge of technical connection rules for low and medium voltage (VDE-AR-N 4105/4110)
  • Experience in end-to-end project handling, from initial offer to final acceptance
  • Proven track record in commercial project oversight and budget control
