As a Tactical Data Link Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of communication systems, from deriving system requirements from customer and regulatory specifications to final integration. Your daily activities include analyzing market-available communication solutions, developing platform-specific architectures, and hardening systems against electronic attacks. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and manage communication with domestic and international subcontractors. A significant portion of the role involves preparing and conducting qualification measures, integration tests, and supporting laboratory and flight trials. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma or Master's) in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional and project experience in systems engineering or communications technology.
  • Professional experience in the design of modern radio communication systems.
  • Experience in network design and the configuration of network components.
  • Experience in conducting qualification measures and integration tests, including laboratory or flight trials.
  • Experience in managing domestic and international subcontractors and suppliers.
