Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the central point of contact for all IT-related matters, supporting both internal colleagues and external partners such as construction service providers. Your daily responsibilities involve managing 1st and 2nd level support requests through Jira/Atlassian, providing remote assistance via Microsoft Teams, and managing a diverse hardware fleet including notebooks and smartphones. You will play a key role in maintaining a modern system landscape comprising Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys structured problem-solving and wants to actively shape IT processes within a growing fiber-optic infrastructure company. The role offers a high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while collaborating with external service providers to ensure seamless digital operations.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
  • Practical experience working in a modern cloud-based environment
  • Experience in managing Microsoft and Apple system landscapes
  • Experience in communicating with external partners and service providers
