IT Support Specialist | IT-Supporter (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role is a central point of contact for all IT matters, supporting both internal colleagues and external partners (e.g., construction service providers) with hardware and software inquiries. You will manage support tickets across 1st and 2nd level support using systems like Jira/Atlassian, ensuring smooth operations and structured IT processes. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing hardware (laptops, smartphones), maintaining Microsoft and Apple system landscapes, and contributing to cloud initiatives involving Azure and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate has a completed IT education or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud environments, and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Excellent command of German (negotiation level) and good English skills are required for effective communication with users and external service providers, making this a crucial role in actively shaping the company's IT landscape.
