Job Summary

This role as Network Planning Manager focuses on driving the strategic development and operational management of FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) network planning and documentation, utilizing the TKI inventory system. Daily responsibilities include conducting deep dives with contractors, actively developing and enforcing network concepts and documentation guidelines, and managing the TKI software, including its continuous functional enhancement. The manager will also handle line information inquiries, evaluate potential network acquisitions, and collaborate cross-functionally on process design. Candidates should possess a relevant university degree or specialized vocational training, coupled with professional experience in the FTTX domain and GIS applications, particularly TKI. The position requires strong analytical abilities, structured working methods, and excellent communication skills in both fluent German and good English, offering a high degree of flexibility and responsibility within an innovative team dedicated to digitizing rural Germany.
