Job Summary

As the Team Lead Utilities at Vetter, a leading global pharmaceutical service provider, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team. Your primary focus will be managing and maintaining technical building services (TGA) at the Saarlouis site, covering critical infrastructure such as ventilation, air conditioning, heating, cooling, and specialized clean media systems (e.g., purified water and pharmaceutical gases). You will ensure high plant availability, conduct root cause analyses for malfunctions, and independently coordinate projects and modifications. This role offers a unique career path starting with a 12-24 month intensive onboarding phase in Ravensburg before transitioning permanently to Saarlouis.
