Job Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Production Technician at Vetter, a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), you will play a critical role in the aseptic manufacturing of life-saving medications. Your daily responsibilities include preparing equipment, thawing active ingredients, weighing raw materials, and adjusting pH levels for buffer and active solutions. You will be responsible for continuous cleanroom monitoring, performing in-process controls (IPC), and ensuring meticulous cleaning and disinfection of your workspace. A core part of the role involves maintaining rigorous documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician (Pharmakant), CTA, BTA, PTA, MTA, or a technical qualification (e.g., Dairy Technologist, Brewer, Malter), or a completed vocational degree combined with an IHK Certificate as a Specialist for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

Experience

  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical production or a related technical field
  • Experience working in a regulated environment following GMP guidelines
  • Experience in cleanroom monitoring and performing in-process controls
  • Proven track record of reliable and quality-conscious work habits

Additional
