Job Summary

This PhD position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to translational cancer research by investigating protein network activity in patient-derived glioblastoma samples. The successful candidate will develop expertise in both molecular biology and network science, aiming to discover and validate new therapeutic strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting experimental research using CRISPR technology, performing classical molecular and cell biology techniques, and generating and analyzing RNA sequencing data. Required Skills

Education

Diploma or Master's degree in natural sciences, computational science, network science, or related fields

Experience

  • Experience in wet-lab (Molecular and Cell biology techniques) or bioinformatics (R and/or Python) related to the project is desirable
  • Strong motivation to learn both wet-lab and bioinformatics aspects is essential
