Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's or equivalent) in Project Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, Public Management, or a comparable discipline; alternatively, a relevant vocational qualification with equivalent skills and experience.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT sector
  • Professional experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects with strategic importance
  • Several years of experience in agile IT project management is preferred
  • Experience in workflow management, document management (e.g., electronic files), and ERP management in a university context is preferred
  • Experience in decision preparation with direct impact on organizational administrative processes
