Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for end-user support at a dedicated service desk (Techbar) and remotely. Your daily responsibilities involve resolving hardware and software issues for mobile devices like iPhones and iPads, as well as managing workplace hardware including PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers. You will perform IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, and De-install) tasks and Break-Fix activities within both office and factory/shopfloor environments. This role is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on hardware interaction, from imaging and rolling out new systems to documenting tickets in enterprise systems like ServiceNow.
