Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive onsite support for a leading global IT infrastructure service provider. Your day-to-day activities will involve processing incidents and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests within defined SLA timelines. You will perform hardware and software troubleshooting for clients, including PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices, as well as managing rollouts and mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms. A significant portion of the role includes testing client-side network cabling and documenting all activities within a ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT or network field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Network Technician) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT and network infrastructures
  • Practical experience in onsite client support and hardware troubleshooting for PCs and notebooks
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining technical documentation
  • Experience in network environment testing including cabling and connectivity issues

  • Valid Class B driver's license and own vehicle required. Willingness to participate in shift work and on-call rotations.
