Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for a leading global IT infrastructure service provider. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of client hardware, including installation, configuration, and large-scale rollouts. Your daily activities will include performing functional tests, documenting results, and resolving incidents or service requests within Windows client environments. You will act as a primary point of contact for user support and consultation, specifically within WDS environments, while maintaining asset data and tickets in Omnitracker. Additionally, you will support local network changes and infrastructure projects, such as hardware assembly and system expansions. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of onsite office support and field service travel.
