As a VIP IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure for a global technology leader. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing high-level technical support for Windows PCs and Android smartphones, specifically catering to VIP users and technical staff. You will act as a technical expert responsible for proactive maintenance, rapid problem resolution, and user training. Beyond standard desktop support, you will execute 'Smart Hands' tasks, which include managing video conferencing systems, conducting network tests, supporting IP telephony, and overseeing IT equipment relocations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience (3+ years).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support
  • Professional experience as a Senior Desktop Technician or Engineer
  • Proven experience in Windows and Android technical environments
  • Experience working with Google Workspace and ITIL processes
  • Experience supporting high-profile users (VIPs) and technical personnel
