Job Summary

As an IT Support Technician at the BFI Group in Kassel, you will serve as a primary point of contact for end-users at the on-site 'Techbar' service desk. Your daily responsibilities include managing mobile device configurations for iPhones, iPads, and scanners, as well as performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) tasks across workplace and factory shopfloor environments. You will be responsible for the setup and commissioning of HP hardware, notebooks, and printers, while resolving technical disruptions via remote support or local Break & Fix interventions. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support within large-scale enterprise environments
  • Practical experience with hardware installation and commissioning (PCs, notebooks, monitors)
  • Experience using ITSM ticket systems such as ServiceNow
  • Experience in mobile device support specifically for Apple iOS devices
  • Experience performing IMAC-D tasks in office and industrial shopfloor settings
