Job Summary

As an IT Technician at BFI Group, you will be the primary point of contact for end-user support at a dedicated service desk ('Techbar'). Your daily responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting iPhones and iPads, managing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes, and performing hardware installations for PCs, notebooks, and monitors. You will handle incident tickets both in person and via remote support, ensuring hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently.   • Experience in on-site customer support or service desk environments
