As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will investigate how social and non-social reinforcements influence memory consolidation and neural reactivation during sleep. Your day-to-day work involves designing behavioral learning paradigms, performing in vivo calcium imaging, and utilizing Python for quantitative analysis of neural activity and sleep stages. A unique aspect of this role is the focus on cross-species computational modeling in collaboration with zebra finch researchers.
