Job Summary

As a Health Data Integration Specialist at the Data Integration Center, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clinical data and research. Your daily responsibilities involve developing high-performance ETL processes using Scala and JOOQ, modeling data into machine-readable formats, and optimizing database queries. You will design and implement Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) based on DICOMweb specifications, develop de-identification modules, and monitor ongoing integration workflows to ensure data quality. This role is ideal for technical experts who enjoy working with a modern stack including Rust, Python, and Kubernetes within a multidisciplinary team.
