This role is based within the Office for Youth and Family in Mainz, where the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management (QM) system. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing financial and technical controlling mechanisms, defining operational goals with measurable KPIs, and creating quality standards for child and youth welfare providers. You will also be tasked with mapping process flows and developing quality development agreements.
