This role involves leading the administrative operations for the newly formed Pastoral Spaces within the Catholic Diocese of Münster in Ibbenbüren. As the Administrative Director, you will oversee all non-pastoral staff, including secretarial, maintenance, and music personnel, while relieving parish priests of operational administrative burdens. Your daily responsibilities will include advising church boards on human resources, budgeting, accounting, real estate management, and investment projects.
