This role involves supporting the executive management of a Municipal Data Center (KGRZ) through a diverse range of administrative and technical coordination tasks. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will prepare decision-making materials, conduct process analysis and design, and serve as a vital interface to IT management. Responsibilities extend to information security monitoring, incident management support, and acting as a Key User for Document Management Systems (DMS). Additionally, the role covers personnel administration tasks such as onboarding/offboarding and coordinating professional development programs.
