Job Summary

This role involves leading the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) team, focusing on the operation, development, and quality assurance of the CAFM system within the Central Building Management department. The Team Lead will be responsible for steering and optimizing facility management processes, including space, maintenance, warranty, and contract management. Key responsibilities include the final implementation of iTWO, ensuring data quality, and acting as a crucial interface between Facility Management, IT, Controlling, and external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or related fields, possesses multi-year professional experience in the CAFM environment, ideally with leadership accountability, and demonstrates strong project management skills and process understanding in technical and infrastructural facility management. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, or comparable field; or a completed dual study program in Applied Computer Science alongside training as an IT Specialist.
