As a (Senior) Business Application Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Working within the Competence Center Application Lifecycle Management (CCALM), you will take professional responsibility for the entire service lifecycle of corporate IT applications, with a primary focus on maintaining stable and secure operations. Your daily activities will involve coordinating between support, operations, development, and external service providers, as well as managing critical incident escalations and optimizing workflows for economic efficiency. Required Skills

Education

Completed subject-related degree in the field of Information Technology (IT).

Experience

  • Approximately 4 years of professional experience in application support or relevant IT consulting
  • Several years of experience in professional leadership within a similar IT environment
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management using ITIL and BSI Grundschutz standards
  • Experience working within agile organizations and virtual teams is preferred
