Job Summary

As a Senior Service Technician, you will serve as the primary on-site IT representative for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) in Wurster Nordseeküste. Your daily responsibilities involve the tool-based acceptance, analysis, and resolution of technical disruptions across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. You will be responsible for executing relocation orders, providing second-level support, and ensuring adherence to strict response and recovery times. Beyond troubleshooting, you will contribute to infrastructure modernization projects and maintain meticulous documentation in service management systems.
