Job Summary

As a Specialist for Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management at one of Europe's largest air rescue organizations, you will be responsible for ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance computing environment. Your daily activities involve managing the full lifecycle of Windows and Apple devices, including automated provisioning, patch management, and hardware replacement. You will actively develop the Microsoft 365 environment, implement security and compliance policies via MDM, and steer external partners to maintain quality standards. A significant part of the role involves knowledge sharing, where you will conduct workshops and training sessions to empower both IT colleagues and end-users. Required Skills

Education
