Job Summary

This senior leadership position requires an experienced professional to oversee the integral Facility Services and Cleaning operations across a diverse client portfolio in the Chur, Engadin, and Rapperswil regions. Replacing a retiring colleague, you will be primarily responsible for the flawless service delivery, contract fulfillment, and profitable growth of assigned mandates, including major clients in banking, telecom, and industry. A key function involves developing and implementing business unit strategies and managing key accounts. You will lead a substantial organization, directly overseeing four managers and indirectly guiding a total team of 230 employees. Success requires strong leadership, conceptual and analytical skills, robust financial management (budgeting, cost control), and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
