Job Summary

The Regional Business Consultant will be the driving force for growth within the Corporate, Financial & Professional Services segment, focusing on banks, financial institutions, consulting firms, and global English-speaking technology and service corporations in the Zurich area. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive B2B market development, targeted new customer acquisition, and managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospects and needs analysis to solution development, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handover. This role requires building C-level relationships, active networking at industry events, and close collaboration with internal teams (Operations, Solutions) to develop competitive Integral Facility Services (IFS) solutions. Candidates should possess a professional demeanor, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the target clients' culture and language. This is a crucial role responsible for achieving business and growth targets in a demanding market environment.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Higher Education) in a technical or business administration field, supplemented by further training in Project Management, Facility Management, or Real Estate.

Experience

  • Multiple years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, Facility Management (FM), or building technology environments.
  • Proven success in proactive new customer acquisition at the decision-maker and C-level.
  • Experience analyzing complex customer requirements and developing tailored, integrated service solutions (IFS).
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and strong closing orientation.
