The Travel Agent Assistant, based in Geneva, plays a crucial role in managing the logistical needs of ISS staff, particularly executives and new hires, including their families. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing travel proposals, managing comprehensive reservations (flights, trains, cars, hotels), and ensuring all bookings comply with company travel policy. A significant part of the role involves complex visa assistance, requiring preparation, tracking, and updating on country-specific entry formalities. You will coordinate closely with executive assistants and manage daily requests via a dedicated mailbox, utilizing Excel for tracking and reporting, and creating internal PowerPoint presentations. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in business travel and mandatory fluency (C1 minimum) in both French and English, making it ideal for a highly organized professional skilled in travel management platforms like Concur who thrives in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.

Required Skills

Education

CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) in Commercial Employee or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of business travel
  • Professional experience with booking platforms (e.g., Concur, HRS, CFF) is a plus
  • Experience in office management or hospitality (an asset)
