Job Summary

As a Senior Pharmacometrics Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) platform models for various oncological mechanisms, including ADCs, CAR-T, and multi-specific antibodies. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve building and optimizing virtual populations to simulate patient heterogeneity and inform clinical study designs. You will implement cutting-edge methodologies, including AI and Machine Learning, to advance model-informed drug development (MIDD). Working within an interdisciplinary oncology group, you will derive critical insights regarding dosage, treatment regimens, and therapy duration. Required Skills

Education

PhD or Master's degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or a related pharmaceutical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development of quantitative systems pharmacology or systems biology models
  • Practical experience in statistical modeling and modeling with differential equations
  • Professional experience within drug development or clinical trials
  • Extensive experience using scripting languages such as R, Matlab, or Python
  • Experience working within interdisciplinary scientific teams
