Job Summary
This role involves leading the administrative operations for the newly formed Pastoral Spaces within the Catholic Diocese of Münster. As the Head of Administration, you will oversee all non-pastoral staff, including secretarial, maintenance, and music personnel, while relieving parish priests of administrative burdens. Your daily responsibilities include advising church boards on human resources, budgeting, accounting, real estate management, and investment projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed University Degree (FH/Bachelor) in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification such as Administrative Examination II (Verwaltungslehrgang II) or Diploma in Public Administration (Dipl. Verwaltungswirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of finance, specifically in Kameralistik or New Municipal Finance (NKF)
- Proven leadership experience and competence in managing diverse teams
- Experience in managing organizational change processes
- Experience in committee work and navigating ecclesiastical administrative structures
- Professional experience in public or church administration
