As a Telephony and Video Conferencing Systems Administrator at the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV), you will play a critical role in maintaining the communication infrastructure of Germany's domestic intelligence agency. Your daily responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of telephony and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless communication by troubleshooting faults, monitoring system performance, and fulfilling customer requests.
