Job Summary

This role involves leading the National Weapons Register (NWR) team within the Public Safety division of the Federal Office of Administration (BVA). As a team lead, you will manage five staff members and oversee the strategic, conceptual, and technical development of central IT applications essential for Germany's security infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating external service providers, managing budgets, and acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for internal and external stakeholders. You will lead cross-departmental IT projects from requirement analysis to commissioning, ensuring technical implementation aligns with IT architecture and software development goals.
