Job Summary
This role involves supporting the implementation of the 'EXA' module (Examination and Event Management) within the Integrated Campus Management System (ICMS) at Clausthal University of Technology. You will work within a project team to manage sub-projects, ensure data quality, and define testing specifications. The position is divided into two potential focus areas: the first centers on mapping examination regulations, managing course data, and designing module handbooks; the second focuses on interface management, including the conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of system interfaces. This is a 4-year fixed-term position offering the stability of the German public service (TV-L E13). Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma preferred), ideally in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management or software implementation, specifically within a university or educational administration context
- Experience with HISinOne-EXA or similar campus management software is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in agile working environments using Scrum or Kanban
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN) and defining technical specifications
- Experience in interface management and monitoring for IT systems (for Focus Area 2)

- The position is fixed-term for 4 years. Location is Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany. Programming skills are considered an advantage but not strictly mandatory. Applicants must be comfortable working within the TV-L (public service) framework.
