Job Summary

This position is a Research Associate role based at the Technical University of Clausthal, focused on the research and development of reliable AI-based automated driving systems using the Autoware stack. The successful candidate will work within the 'Dependable and Autonomous Cyber-physical Systems' (DACS) research group, contributing to the development of a real-world automated shuttle. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing software architectures, conducting testing and evaluation on physical test vehicles, and applying agile software engineering methodologies. Additionally, the role involves supporting academic teaching and student supervision. This position is particularly attractive as it offers the unique opportunity to pursue a PhD while working in an innovative, interdisciplinary environment with access to modern laboratories, simulation tools, and real-world industrial research projects.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
