As the Team Manager for Quality Control Biological Analytics at Celonic, a leading Biologics CDMO, you will take on disciplinary leadership and regulatory responsibility for a specialized laboratory team in Heidelberg. Your daily activities involve ensuring the timely execution of analytical tests and releases in strict accordance with pharmaceutical regulations, managing resources, and overseeing GMP compliance, including deviation and OOS management. You will act as a bridge between operational performance and strategic growth, reporting directly to the Director of Quality Control while representing your department during inspections and audits.
